This is a Tomi Paldanius Arrangement It has nothing to do with Tommy Emmanuel. Paldanius arranged it and plays it and gives lessons for it on YT. Unfortunately the Power Tab is all over the web and says on it that its "As recorded by Tommy Emmanuel". TE doesn't play it, did not arrange it and hasn't recorded it. Paldanius should get the credit for this.
