1) The nose of the sphinx was damaged by during the 76(?) war by a stray cannon shell, it didn't erode away like the video suggests.

2) it's still unknown if the sphinx had a seperate beard or not. There may have been "remodeling" done by susequent pharohs over the centries.

3) There has been credible evidence of a massive climate change turned the Giza plato from farmland into the desert that it is today.

It will be interesting to see what the future brings.
