I own and have seen Baraka many times and recognize this performance as a reaction to the Horror of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. I am also a Butoh performer myself. I was speaking to the culturally ignorant - what does the meaning of this piece in Baraka have to do with glib comments about, "too many Sour Skilltes?
