i completely agree with this guy and i am a drunken guy, i am actually making a beerpong table for my house, however, i love drinking and the thing he says at the end really helps, eating is great, but if you are going to eat, try no to get to the point were you puke (a no brainer). and wile drinking, drink water, and before going to sleep, if you arent too drunk, drink a vast amount of water, at least 4 full glasses of water and the next day you wont get a hang over,
