That was my first thought too! I don't know much about the original Fallout and Fallout 2 (I played a little at a friend's house and read up on the general story, but that's about it), but if I'm not mistaken that's by far the most functional looking city in the Fallout universe. Definitely more so than anything in FO3 anyway.

Fallout 3 wasnt the first game, theres also Fallout 1 and 2, Fallout Tactics, and Fallout Brotherhood of Steel, there are also several canceled games. Fallout New Vegas is also just a spin-off not a direct sequal, so dont mistakin is for Fallout 4 because thats gonna be an entirely different game.
