  • Satin pillowcases are the smoothest for our hair and skin. I sleep on one for the purpose of being a hair nerd, rather than a skin nerd ;). I would suggest investing in one. They're so silky! Also, because hair and skin are made of the some materials, I'm hinting at the pillowcase being softer on your face, just like your hair, so it's not tangled in the morning. :) I sleep on my stomach, haha, I've tried sleeping on my back, but it's impossible!

  • I like Men with plenty of wrinkles and a beard and crows feet and a forest of soft fluffy hair all over their chest legs back and ass! Big strong hairy arms and huge rough hands to work me over.

My Men don't use make-up or botox. They just make me purr.

  • Are you gay?

  • @CR6fbs are you?

  • How old are you? :0

  • Honey......you worry way too much about...well, everything. Get some prozac hun.

  • I love getting my lips overfilled. I think I'm addicted...what do I do suhdiaushfiaus

  • Yes, I've heard by dermatologists, plastic surgeons and in medical research for people to sleep on their backs to prevent premature aging. This is hard for me to do because I prefer sleeping on my sides. I've been trying to train myself to sleep on my back but sometimes I wake up on my side. When I feel the need to side sleep, instead of resting my face on the pillow, I put my back of the head to it and turn my hips, knees fall to the side-and this gives the sensation of a partial side sleep.

  • hmm, a cluster headaches?

long shot, if you have to many specialist.

  • The dermatologist is right I sleep on my right side and the right cheek is the only place I get acne.

  • great skin, horrible fashion sense...

  • lol i love they have emergency botox services

  • Absolutely, I am a medical master esthetician, and I do use that method, 99.9% of the time I can tell wich side the person sleeps on because the skin is less oxigenating, and more breackouts, the skin is more congested, I recommend sleeping on the back if possible, using night time afa exfoliating creams or tretinoids and using serums with antioxidants like vit C, and once a month iontophoresis treatments plus daily regime fo course; hope this helped, KANATA ESTHETICS- CANANDA

  • I know this may come across as incredibly offensive but, I feel like the whole point to this videos was trying to convince EVERYONE that you didn't get botox for cosmetic reasons - however from the casual youtube observer your entire life revolves around appearance and I don't buy into your story - however perhaps you've convinced yourself that your only reasons for using botox were sweating and migraines...

  • I refuse sleeping on anything lower than 500 thread count sheets

  • You can sleep on high quality silk, that can alleviate some of the pressure, also pretty good for hair

  • There is a special pillow that prevents sleeping on one side. Cant remember the name, but I know its in the shape of a circle .

  • I heard sleeping on your stomach is bad as it 'crushes' your organs resulting in them having to work extra hard to function, lol :P

Regarding your question, silk pillows! Alot of celebrities use silk pillows , because cotton pillow cases crease and leave wrinkles on your face, which allegedly can lead to premature wrinkles... Also you're more likely to develop pimples and breakouts from sleeping with cotton pillowcases, silk is a lot more gentle on the skin! Hope this was useful to someone <3

  • I heard sleeping on your stomach is bad as it 'crushes' your organs resulting in them having to work extra hard to function, but.. I still sleep on my side/stomach. :')

  • the way your mouth turns up like that on one side- you're gonna get one deep line on your right side goin from your nose to your mouth. maybe you should get botox there.

  • ahh 13 dollar botox?? omg here in canada its like 300

  • the right side of your face looks different than your left side when you talk

  • can you do a post on sun and age exceleration, i need to show my tanorexic friends.

  • you look like ken (from barbie) so handsome =) (no offense intended)

  • there's much more important things to think of!! damn! sleeping on which side of the bed??? cmon!!

  • When you sleep and lay your head on the pillow there is a certain amount of pressure on the skin and muscles. The facial muscles are a little different and connected more to the skin and not bones as the other muscles in the body.Any kind of pillow that supports more of your neck so that there is less pressure on the face would be an idea. I recently used " HoMedics Micropedic Sleep Pillow " type of pillow to rest a sprained ankle on. I'm an RN and I think you'd make a great MD!

  • hey u have beautiful eyes, i just want to know if it's your real eyes or you wear eye contact, and if you wear contact, i want to know wat is called like exactly called cause i want to get same one you have, please tell me soon as possible! thank you love ur videos

  • i thought i was ocd about this until i see you lol u look good tho

  • Thank you for sharing your thoughts about Botox. I've gotten it from my dentist (I did this at the dentist's because they are the doctors who are most familiar with facial muscles) - and absolutely loved the results. No one noticed I got it, but many of my clients mentioned how "rested" I look! My hairdresser wanted to know what cream I use so she can buy the same. :)

  • i have hiperhidrosis and many people dont know what it is. Im from Argentina and not a single doctor knows how to do the procedure

  • Hi Michael, yes, I have heard about the sleeping situation. I sleep on my back, but some times I find my self on my side. Doctors say we adjust 30 times while we sleep. I too take care of my skin and try to remember to do facial exercises.

  • You indeed sleep on right bcause the laugh line at your cheek is more prominent there.

  • I'm screwed I sleep on my belly. Gonna try Botox soon I think, thanks for the insight. Silk pillows for wrinkle prevention

  • a small dosage of poison can do good, such as foxglove posion can cure heart disease :D in a small dosage. i wouldent try cyanide though!

  • My dermatologist told me that too. Answer = Tempur pedic bed. I don't even roll over anymore.

  • I've read about the pillow issue before. Satin pillows are supposed to help but I haven't tried them. What I do is sleep without a pillow and that seems to have worked for me. I don't have pillow lines anymore and the stretching is completely gone. Supposedly, it's beneficial because it allows the lymph to settle evenly throughout the body at night. Personally I've noticed that it helps me sleep better - after I got used to it. Likely, this has to do with the increased blood flow to the brain.

  • is it ok for me to get botox at 26?. i just wanna do it once though

  • I know this is a really old video & my comment will prob. not be read. But I've learned actually that the more you exercise your face muscles and the more circulation you get going through your skin daily, the better it is for you. If you look up Jack Lallane facial exercises here on Youtube, it's a great way to prevent wrinkles. I know it sounds crazy but it worked for him b/c he was 80 with no wrinkles. Goss makeup artist also does these, as well.

  • so.. that flawless skin is product of Botox of course...

  • dude you have amazing skin!

  • @MattTunechi Not at all. Just had it in my forehead and that was over three years ago. Maybe it prevented the forehead line a bit. :) Amazing skin - proper cleansing, good exfoliation, spf, and products that match your skin needs :)

  • @TheSublimeAgent lots of makeup helps too ;-)

  • I have an accutane side effects video of a gushing nose bleed, please come and view. thankyaa x

  • What the dermatologist said sounds logical. I am sure you can train yourself to sleep on your back. You can follow the steps it takes to make it a habit.

I sleep on my right side so my heart has room to pump. Sleeping on your left side is not recommended.

  • Hi Michael,

Haven't looked through more than your first page of comments, so you might already have this info, but in case you don't, lie on your back and put a spare pillow under your knees, that should keep you on your back.

I wouldn't be overly concerned though, I sleep on my side and I look young for 38 - no wrinkles at all.

    Victoria

  • so i know this video was made soo long ago but i just watched it and i have to say i was totally obsessed with sleeping on my side and how it affected my face when i had acne because i was convinced that it affected it and i would like wash my pillow cases twice a week. it was funny now that i look back on it. :P and truthfully i dont even think it made that much of a difference it was just be being parinod. by the way i love your videos!

  • My ex mother inlaw told me about this years ago. She swore by the silk pillow and had lovely skin. I have never been a back sleeper but I do try to keep changing sides so I can sleep both right or left side.

  • I just came across your videos... 2 hours later... I can offically say I'm addicted to you. hehe. you are a doll, and so articulate when you speak. I can tell you enjoy sharing ideas and thoughts to people. And I can't thank you enough, for all the tips.

Keep up the videos. They are amazing!

  • Can botox disable your muscles for life? Can it also cause wrinkles to be worse once it wears off? (i.e deeper wrinkles?)

  • lol i usually just sleep on my back...

  • Hi, have u tried laser treatment to remove melasma/brown spots on ur face? If u have, can u do a video to share ur experience & the type of laser treatment that u've tried? Thanks.

  • I knew about this... But i read it in magazines and online... So I am not sure if the resource is reputable. I try to sleep on my back also.. but I can do it because I naturally sleep that way. I also hear it strengths your back.

  • I sleep on the left side and have taught myself to "wad" the pillow and keep it pushed up towards the top of my face, from the nose down nothing is touching. There is also a "cosmetic pillow" with a silk cover - also known as a neck pillow, this is also very good for taking the pressure off the face. Im much older that you so Im more aware of putting "pressure" on my face while sleeping. Have tried to "learn" to sleep on my back, no luck so far.

  • love your videos, a wealth of information, and i am really grateful.

couldn't help noticing that in this video the left side of your face absolutely doesnt move and is quite smooth, while the right side has a smile/frown line. (not sure if thats correct expression). but is that from botox?

  • I sleep on pure silk ( charmuse) pillows since I was very young. It's just something my family always does. I sleep kn my lef side and ppl can propably tell by the puffiness/bags under your eye. My left eyes lower lid bag is more noticiblethst my left side.

  • I've used silk bedding since i was about 15 and read about this issue in a newspaper. My mum has slept on the same side of her face for 50+ years and both sides look exactly the same and have both wrinkled so i'm not too convinced there us alot of truth in this.

  • silk pillows help with your skin their softer an better. and i alter sides that i sleep on. which i think helps.

  • I think you worry or at least overthink these things too much (which in its self can cause premature ageing! irony? ;p)

Your young, enjoy it! The ageing process happens no matter what you do. Yes taking care of yourself, like a good diet, drink water, avoid too much sun etc - all help and are easy to do and when the time comes theres simple procedures like botox and peels and laser tightening etc.

Otherwise, seriously, relax and enjoy your youth!

  • I think that's true about sleeping on one side of your face. While you were talking about it, I was thinking that you probably slept on your right side. I sleep on my right side also and want to start sleeping on my back. It's hard at first but I am starting to actually want to sleep on my back now.

  • yah ur skin looks great

    good for you

Im 23 and starting to get under eye wrinkles just wanna get it for my under eye

  • Just subscribed, love your vids. Started watching them because I was thinking about giving Retin A a second chance (more that 4 days worth). I got 20 units of botox to keep my "11's" from coming in between my eyebrows. It has been about 2.5 months and I think I can feel them coming back. How long did you wait to go back for a retouch?

  • I really enjoy sleeping on my back! it's the most comfortable way for me :)

I've found that it is easier to sleep with one thin pillow instead of stacking 2 or even 3. and I also have problems with headaches and I've found that sleeping on less pillows and on my back is helping a lot!

although I would never even consider using botox just because I'm very allergenic and don't want to risk.

but your face looks Amazing! :)

  • Getting botox to "stop headaches" is the oldest excuse in the book.

  • I use this special pillow by Vasseur Skincare called the beauty pillow! It allows you to still sleep on your side but it keeps your face away from the pillow due to it's crescent shape! It took a while to get used to but now I love sleeping with this pillow! It also can help you get used to sleeping on your back, because it cradles your neck very well in that position too! :)

  • the side where you sleep and the streess caused to skin and hair, but what if you use silk & down pillows?

  • I am a stomach sleeper& change positions from one side to the other several times/night... the way I look at it, being comfortable& getting the BEST sleep I can will do so much more from within to keep me young (reduction of stress, improvement in immunity, release of HGH that occurs during the deepest sleep cycles) I also lead a healthy lifestyle, am active, use topical treatments like lactic acid & anti-oxidants .. anyway, I am 33 & have no wrinkles- people think I am in my early twenties

  • Here's some comments on aging and sleeping:

    1) Try to sleep on your back at all times and never on your side.

    2) Sleep propped up with two pillows instead of just one

    3) Avoid any fabric sheet softeners when drying your sheets

You will look better than ever within a month of doing this. Sleeping w/your head smushed up against a pillow will cause wrinkles around your eye sockets, mouth, neck and shoulders. I need to get back into this routine myself.

  • I'm sure you've done this considering that you have tried everything, however having your eyes checked can do wonders for your migraines.

  • we age, we age theres no stoping it i just try to keep my skin care routine the same cuz u dont want to try all these things cuz the stuff they put in it has diff. side effects so your skin might get tired and wrinkle-E

  • @chocolatebunny98 heheh, wrinkle-E . That made me smile. You have a great outlook. However, I am just the kinda person who is willing to experiment...I just think it is a fun (hobby) pursuit to find the proverbial remedy to aging. I bet it is out there somewhere in this crazy world :D Thanks for watching!

  • @TheSublimeAgent :D I like your way of thinking. But whatever you do, aging is something you cannot avoid. You can try to hide it through your facial expressions, but, regarding the rest of the body, you cannot avoid its aging process (specially internally speaking). It's a shame, though, the evolution process of the human body, generally speaking, didn't keep up with our brain development, which should be able to last 300 years more.

Keep up the good work; just discovered it, nd it seems great!

  • @TheSublimeAgent You are the Messiah !

  • Dude you should think of explore the natural path. Things like manuka honey, appel cidervinegar+olive oil, aloe, lemon, soy. Im 29 barely any wrinkle..neddles in your face should be the last option

  • Migraineur here-migraines are awful!!!!

  • When I had Botox, I went to a fairly large plastic surgeons' group, and it cost me $250 for five shots in my forehead. But the weird thing was that for FOUR hours after the shots I was told to squeeze my eyes shut, and open them really wide, repeatedly, so that the Botox would spread around evenly. I had a heck of a headache afterward! The first treatment failed, and I went back for a second try, did the same thing, and it still didn't work. Have you ever heard of this?

  • I'm 29, and I'm just dying to get botox done. I'm really scared of the pain though.

  • yeah i already sleep on my back XD

  • Botox.

For migraines. Sure, I'll buy that. I mean, he doesn't look like the kind of guy who would use it for any other reason, does he? And by the way, this guy DOES NOT have a sweating problem. Just ask him.

  • Well Im gonna tell you what I do: sunscreen everyday and night (because of the lights of my house, computer, any lights!),moisturizer everyday, facials every two months, apply good masks once a week after exfoliating, drink a lot of water, dont wear makeup everyday. These are the things I actually do, now what I know for sure it works but I cant do: If your house has water filter your skin will look 1000 times better, and your hair (INDEEED). Avoid sugar, red meat and all that is bad.

  • Your videos are always interestings! My mom started sleeping on her back when she was 15. She,sadly, passed away at 47 and she didnt have any significantly wrinkles and she didnt use almost any face creams. Everybody used to tell her how great her skin was! Nobody never thought she was 47!EVER

A few years ago I went to an eyebrow designer and she immediately told me which side I used to sleep on!! It´s crazy but I believe this makes a diference... well it definetly worked for my mom!

  • Botox in the ER?? Holy crap. The world has indeed gone mad. I recently heard of botox being used to treat haemorrhoids. Wouldn't it be awful to think that you had flawless skin you could never show off?? I really think that apart from sunscreen, not smoking and exfoliation, ageing is a genetically determined process, My father had an incredibly hard life and he looks 20 years younger than he actually is. So I sincerely hope my theory is correct!!

  • So are you saying that Botox injected in your face helped with your sweating. I sweat really bad and I'm curious and interested.

  • I've never heard of mixing the Botox with saline!!! I want that now, it sounds less painful and more effective!!! I'll ask my mom if she'll get that done for me :)

  • maybe sleeping on your back with pillows on both sides of your body will somehow prevent you from turning on your side? idk lol. or try sleeping on your left for a while so both sides of your face are even.. i cant really sleep on my back either but im definitely going to try

  • i love my botox

  • Two questions, Do you have botox in your forhead in this video? and when you have botox in your face did you sweat during workouts??? I would love to prevent sweating specially during summer.

  • loooooool 5:15

  • @alyausa Hehe, i am sure you have met people who talk like that! hehe. Thanks for commenting -Michael

  • Yes, I knew about that because I saw for myself.. at 51 I do not have many lines/wrinkles but under my right eye there is a "cruel" vertical line (grr) while not under my left. I hear some Asian cultures put a bag of rice on each side of the head and sleep on their back--that way if they turn, they won't get far. I found a good quality goosedown to greatly reduce the pressure on the eye area so I'm happy. Btw, my hair grows slower on the side which I sleep! (right side) Noticeably..

  • emergency room for botox...lol...i love it!

  • @lesley1346 Hahah, Malibu is one ridiculous little town. Haha, you can go in for emergency botox (no appointments necessary). Hehehe. -Michael :D

  • Comment removed

  • Yes, I did know. I sleep on my back now since I learned that it can aid premature aging. SIlk pillows actually prevent the tugging on the skin.

  • @OrganicRabies Awesome idea! A few other people have mentioned the use of silk pillows. Still, I want to learn to sleep on my back :/ Thanks for your comment!! I will keep working on it :D -Michael

  • Silk/Satin pillow case over a memory foam moulded cushion. The cushion supports your neck (it might help with your headaches) so you don't press on your face so much and it will "mould" around your face. Silk suppose to have some amazing properties and if anything it is very gentile on your skin.

  • Yes, I was aware of this. (Have worked for a plastic surgeon in the past, but heard it before then).

And after much difficulty learned to sleep on my back.

  • Train youself to sleep on your back. I tried and gave up, its just too uncomfortable for me. Try a VERY stiff pillow. Did you know in some countries they rest their head on a cement block while sleeping? I bet they don't have a problem sleeping on their back, hahaha.

  • I wonder what would happen if I inject botox on my penis? Hmm...

  • I used to sleep facing down and on my side a few years back but once i know that causes wrinkles, I tried to sleep on my back. I have problems sleeping so sometimes i still sleep facing down cos i fall asleep easier. I tried to use my arm and angle my face so that the skin on my face is not stretched etc, when i sleep on my side but it doesn't work because when i wake up, i can see deep lines on the side of my face where i sleep on. So its best not to cheat and sleep on my back.

  • just dont sleep on your tummy! thats all i know.

  • adfasdfas

  • I try to sleep on my side as well. However, I use a "travel pillow" that goes around your shoulder for long car rides or airplane flights. You can position the pillow in such a way that your facial skin isn't contacting the pillow since it's U-shaped.

  • Comment removed

  • You are really cute! I get equilibrium headaches--if I change my postural position, I'll get a horrible migraine headache that will last until I regain my equilibrium. Your skin looks really nice. I think a healthy diet is the most important factor in having great skin.

  • I have changed my pillow case to a satin one...so my skin slips more easily as I am passed out and stretching and pressing my eyes and lips into my pillow..(pretty sight) lol

  • you have to train yourself if you want to sleep on your back. I've kind of settled on a slightly askew sleeping position: my face doesn't touch the pillow, but I'm not sleeping directly on my back. It takes work, and I don't always wake up on my back!

I would like to get botox on my forehead for excessive sweating: I find it difficult to wear a suit in the summer because I get an excessively sweaty forehead. I have never heard of this saline method...

    great vids!

  • I do feel that sleeping on one's back helps. There's also a pillow case called circadia. It's made by a dermatologist of a special material that keeps the skin moisturized while you sleep. If you can't sleep on your back, switching from cotton or silk to this pillowcase might help. (P.S. This was one of my tips for your contest, but I didn't realize you had made this video already.) thanks.

  • You have such stunning eyes! I'm booked in for my 1st Botox next month (it's part of my birthday present from my boyfriend) and I'm scared but your video made me feel much calmer. Thanks for your honesty! Re. sleeping - I sleep on my tummy but use a satin pillowcase to avoid the pulling thing, and change it every 2 days. Think I might try sleeping on my back though...lol. Thanks again xx

  • It used to be like a major deal to me, I slept on special pillows, and like I said, wore that face harness to keep the skin streched.... but I dont use that at night anymore... I kind of trained myself to make sure when I'm on my side, to keep the skin pulled back,.. and some how that works for me.. hey, can I write you a message ? I tried sending one yesterday, but somehow I think it didnt go out for some reason... I wanted to ask you a coupple of questions...

  • Of course you can send a message. I look forward to receiving it!

  • unfortunetly I sleep on my right side... I used to wear a a face harness to prevent the face squenching and to keep the skin nice and straight when sleeping.... but it irritated me after a while... and I still sleep on my side,.. cant change that somehow... now I only sleep with a towel on my pillow, and just change the towel

  • Wow, that is so interesting. Ok ok, maybe a towel WOULD be a good solution. I know it isnt a major, life-altering deal, but I would like to solve this issue :p Thanks so much for your advice!

  • Great Insight & Information that not everyone who gets botox shares! Your vids are Platinum!

  • yeah i heard about the sleeping issue. that's why they have specified pillow cases that are beauty related so it'll help prevent any issues. i have some of them :)

  • Yeah, I heard about that sleeping on the side thing. It makes sense and it is true. I actually sleep on my back but sometimes I do turn on the side...I have no wrinkles so it must have worked. I use frownies..a sort of paper thing I paste between my brows and around my eyes and mouth LOL

  • "... doctors in LA will give you any prescription you want and they'll do anything as long as you pay them.... there are no ethics".

Physicians throughout Los Angeles are saving lives DAILY, extending care and comfort to patients and families whose loved ones are struggling with cancer, AIDS and other life threatening diseases, crossing boarders to help the poor in Mexico. Need I go on?

They saved my sister. I thank God each day for these local physicians and caregivers.

  • You are so adorable. I will do botox when I turn 35 for sure LOL.

I knew that slepping on your side makes you get more wrinkles but I really dont know how to stop slepping on my side :( I know that is great if you use like silk pillow cases it helps a little. Sorry sweetheart I hope you can find an answer for this and share it with us. Now I'm 3 times more scare LOL

    XOXOXo

    Yes more fashion videos please.

    Have an awesome weekand.

    <33

  • how many treatments of botox have u had in ur life? what age did u start??

  • Very interesting. I have bad migraines as well but have never had botox. I may save that for my 30s lol.

    ~sPN

  • your such a pretty man

  • @supaxkawaii You are such a beautiful person for saying that. Thank you so much for watching my video(s). It means a lot to me :D

  • welcome :) I just subbed..I'd probably get botox in my 20's at least once..cause I heard when you do it young it's better

  • stop by my channel if you like sometime & sub if you like :) btw what do you use for your teeth ? there way too white ! lol

  • I CANNOT SLEEP ON MY BACK, its completely impossible for me. but i wash my pillowcases regularly, and also i sleep on both sides... so i guess its even. haha

  • @brb4000 That seems like the only solution!! haha. I am tempted to hire someone to flip me over when I am in the deepest point of the sleep cycle :P

  • pretty interesting.. subbing.. missfilli recommended you.. btw..

  • @afgsweetheart She is seriously the greatest. Thank you so much for checking out my videos! :D You are, as the name indicates, such a sweet heart

  • Your skin looks FABULOUS! I'm so jealous.

  • yes, it is true, but the first thing to prevent aging is to exercise a lot, watch your diet and take a bunch of supplements epsecially after you pass 30 (not for bodybuidling, health supplements)

  • First things first: You actually have a degree in philosophy? And made a career out of it? I love that! I am currently working on my master's degree and thought I was kinda doomed, because I love what I'm doing but always thought - well, probably gonna end up in some supermarket. So I think it's great and encouraging!

  • Second: I know this doesn't help but now I'm totally relieved I sleep on my back naturally. I dont know if it is really possible to change your natural sleeping position, but maybe you could try out some different things like work with pillows around you (I cant sleep lying straight down, I always have to have my legs on some extra pillows) or put your legs to the side while your upper body still lies flat down.

  • If it is true though, I really dont think you can balance it out any way. You spend like a third of your life asleep, one more peeling a week wont cut it :( I guess it's best not to worry about it, because in the end your skin will benefit more from a good night's sleep than it does from obsessing over wrinkles, so just relax!

  • @Shukkhy Who are your favorite authors, theorists, philosophers??!!! :D

  • Gosh, so many! I focus on political philosophy and I guess my favorites would be Machiavelli and Carl Schmitt (I know hes a bit iffy but I think we can really learn a lot from him), along with Foucault and Adorno, who in my opinion contribute a lot in that field.

  • (But every know and then I get into analytic philosophy and I really have a thing for Wittgenstein (mostly because he drives me crazy). Same with philosophy of science.)

For my bachelors degree I analyzed the concept of souvereignty of Bodin, Machiavelli, Rousseau and Schmitt and I will go from there for my masters thesis, then concentrating on democracy and its downfall for my PhD. Its all planned out, hehe ;-)

  • I heard silk pillowcases can be good to prevent wrinkles. I'm not sure if it's true, but I try it!

  • MORE FASHION!!!!!!!!! ^_^

  • I have been wanting to know the same thing and you nailed it!! Thanks, can wait to see the comments

  • @jrthegreat1 Right!!? It isnt anything dire, but it would be nice to get some unique feedback!

  • You could build a little pillow fort to keep you sleeping on your back!

  • @Pepperdine10 Explain that fort.

  • Wow, I've never heard that before.

  • yeah ive been told about the sleeping on the side of ur face too... i guess it does kinda play a role in ur wrinkles but i guess ill just have to wait for botox to fix that :)

  • I heard there are copper threaded pillow which helps you with aging. If you use a micro foam pillow then it shouldn't be as harmful to your skin because it molds into your facial structure.

    Take Care

    xoxo

  • I love how your shirts match for background :)

    Take care

    xoxo
