It lags since it's taking forever to read from a "normal" SD card. Now, if you have one of those faster SDHC cards up to 32GB it might run faster, though I can't guarantee *all* of the lagging will stop.

I could had never thought of running Windows 3.1 on a Wii, yet alone using the Wii Controller as a mouse, that must be hard, imagine if it could run Windows 3.1 or even Windows 95 flawlessly, then you could use your Wii as a Computer too, then that would be really cool.

P.S. If you feel using the Wii Remote as a mouse unconfortable, you could even use a regular USB Mouse with it, that way the Experience would be more athentic, easier and more comfortable.
