8 Degrees in 5 minutes? That means the bones were already able to do it. This dancer just wasn't aware of what a good pointed foot should feel like. You can learn that in 5 minutes from a good teacher.
This has nothing to do with unknown, magical 'exercises'. Results like this in 5 minutes are not achieved by exercises (building strenght/flexibility takes longer).
Just with using what is already there (capacities of the body).
Next step is to build strength to do it well all the time.
can anyone write what she is saying?.. i can't understand every word and maybe that way I could (i'm spanish). thank you very much!.. (i'd prefer someone to translate it into spanish but i think that's impossible..) and of course, post the exercises!! pLeease!
Thank you Lisa for visiting our school. Lisa and Peggy have been collaborating since 2006 when bto began their "Grow A Great Dancer" program. Teaching dancers about good nutrition and injury prevention. Promoting good habits in all dancers whether the student is interested in recreational dance classes or is pursuing a professional dance career. Using the holistic approach, nurturing the dancer in mind, body and spirit.
