Lisa is definately the most intelligent and most professional of them all. The lady is a real pro. I don't know what her educational background is but she sounds very studied up in her pursuits and also practical in the common sense approach.

if lisa was married to keith and edger is younger than her i'd peg her at about early forties as my guess. keith is 47, edgar is 30. the yougest she could be is maybe 38, 39.

It's unfortunate that the sound quality is so poor - I can't hear ED or barely, and Lisa I can hear (naturally!) but not as well either. They do seem like a good working couple together.
