De bruger flyvesikkerhed som eksistensberettigelse, men der hvor man som oftest møder dem, er hvor der er store gebyrer, administative rutiner, eller odiøse eller spændende hændelser. Når det drejer sig om manuelt langt sej træk for flyvesikkerhed, som her, at få de forb..... fugle væk, evt. ved exproporation, så er de som sænket i jorden. Normalt er staten ikke bange for at tilgodese almenedet, men her har en panda i et logo åbenbart mere at sige.
