How in the world could the train operate on tracks covered in debres without slipping of the tracks or getting damanged?

Whenever a tree or branches fall on train tracks, the commuter railroad has to call the host railroad to clear the tracks before they can proceed. Sometimes fallen trees have even hit and damaged the locmotive or cab car

as heavy as the train, those bushes wont do anything to it. BUT, since it looks like the train dont use this railroad too often, the big trees next to the rail could grow their roots right under the rails, causing the rail to get lifted. if it gets lifted too high, the train crossing it might get tilted over.
