There is however, something endearing about watching such powerful dogs, play fight with other animals that they could if they so wished, rip to pieces in seconds. Pits wrongly have a bad name, they're loyal, lovable, gentle companions. And I wouldn't have swapped mine for anything.
not all pitbulls are mean, but i would never want to own one after my 4 month old pitbull was playing with my 1 1/2 year old pug and got to rough with him, and now he lost one of his legs! i put down my old pitbull even though i loved him very much. NEVER again will I EVER get another one or even sujgest buying a pitbull to anyone with small dogs

why must pit bulls die? can't we like both? check out my video of a pit bull i saved. i do pug rescue too. i am surprised myself with how well they got along. all dogs are different so you never know.
My pit plays with my Mom's pug all the time. And, yeah, sometimes he does get too rough. But if he makes the pug yelp he knows his butt's in trouble. He'll slink back in the house and pray I don't find him. XD Trust me, the pug can hold his own, he had the pit on the ground by the neck the other day. Pit's are big pushovers. Especially mine. ^_^
uh, a fight would have shown a pug in pieces - but the play did get too rough that's why you heard the yelp and the pit bull broke off right after that
i dont really think that was fighting. think they were just playing. What the tail of the pitbull at the end. The tail is up. If they would be fighting the tail would be down.

i love both pits and pugs! mine is a pit/pug mix.
