I think at the end of 2005 and in 2006 Brice & Yann's vertical was over 50 inches. Brice's height is 5'10 = 1.78m, the rim is 10ft = 3.05m, 3.05 - 1.78 = 1.27m, which is exactly 50 inches! And as you can see at 0:16 Brice had the rim at least at eye level, if not even at chin level, so that's over 50inches. And Yann have also had 'round 50 inches in 2006.
