I am wearing Dagon'hai armor. It is the equivalent of Mystic armor and is obtained through the While Guthix Sleeps quest.

Dagon Hai robes can be bought from the G.E and worn after completion of the HUNT FOR SUROK Miniquest after completing WHAT LIES BELOW. Hope it clears some up :p
