i have most of my pokemon past lvl 35 but i need them 40-50 because they keep dying 1 shot to the leadendary and i need to catch him my hole team is super effective but just die ove rand over

the best way to train before elite four(maybe after too) is

1st have a pokemon that knows fly .

2nd have xp share to the one pokemon u want to train.

3rd fly around and beat the the reporter and her camerman, each fight gives a bit over 2k xp to the pokemon u want to train and about 600xp to ur other one.

I do that to train any weak pokemon i have ^_^ plus you could also fight wally again and fight the reporter inbetween.
