Like one magician fooling another, your effects have fooled fellow make up artists. When I first saw the Reapers in Blade 2 and the aliens in Abyss I thought for sure it was CGI. Excellent work Steven.

It really is sad practical effects are being pushed out by computer effects. Especially when you watch a video like this and see just how far practical effects have come. If given more time, who knows where they can go. Alas, it looks like that will never be.

Bad ass animatronics and make-up FX. CGI is good for a few things, but Steve's amazing practical Effects out do them all the time! :D
Blade 2 Reapers are really menacing looking.

Steve, you were THE innovator in SFX make-up. No one pushed the design process like you did, as far as you did, and that showed on screen, full blast. :)
Glad to see some Virus and Bicentennial Man stuff, hope it will be covered in detail by some Rubber Rules episodes ! ^_^
