  • It's a bit slow but nice.

    Release the pedal more often.

  • i love the way u play this song, although it slightly different from the original one.

Gambateh i believe you is a brilliant pianist.

  • I love this slower version! this is a song, so yours is the best tempo!

    Touching... :)

  • Take your foot off the sustain pedal. Learn to play it faster without sustain, then add just enough pedal to sustain the melody. A dot under a note means staccato in case you weren't aware.

Listen Barenboim play the piece, or better Jakob Gimpel

  • Love this song!!!! Keep it up minh1022!!!!! You have talent. Let the music keep flowing..........

  • @DoNotBAfraidIAmWithU

    Thank you so much! :)

  • Piano's produce sound without pedal too.

    You should try that.

  • wow wish i had that piano

    where'd ya get da piano

  • Well played!!playing this song for my grade 8 tomorrow...so nervous haha good job though :)

  • i like the way you play it but if you put more feelings into the music, it would be better. nice job!

  • I play this two ways - with pedal and without. It's beautiful both ways, no matter what my piano teacher says. This is a pleasant interpretation.

  • Ugh and to the others, im also choosing for grade 8!To mendelsshon or not, that is the question..

  • Brilliantly played.Just careful how close you put camera to the piano, the sound qualitly is a little damaged, nevertheless good playing!

  • lovin the dinamtics, put em urself? ^_^

  • Wow, sounds beautiful! Am seriously considering learning this for grade8. Hey, like your piano, is it a baby grand? Mine's a crummy upright one, but sounds great. Love the playing, well done x

  • Yeah, mine's a baby grand, and thanks for the nice comment :D

    Good luck on this song!

  • i gave up on this song because i find it hard to have half my right hand playing staccato and the other half legato..

but you didn't really control the lower part of your right hand well. The staccato-ed notes were meant to be played softer than the nons.

At least, you're better than i am =)

  • You should never give up on music; there are sometimes bumps in the road, but it's all worth it! =) And yeah, I've been improving on this song after these 6 months =D

    Good luck,

    Minh

  • Thanks for the hate comments. I would really like to see you try better, and please try to calm down. Do you spend all day doing this? By the way, Legato sounds smoother than staccato for this particular type of song.

  • love this song. im considering taking it for gd8 too, but it's too calm and beautiful for me, ill prolly mess it up.

  • Wow i'm considering taking this piece for gd 8 in nov..

  • I love this song too. You put all your feelings into it, I bet. Keep it up.

  • I think this is my favorite song so far!

    good job!

  • I love this song and I love the way you expressed it. Good job.
