ROFL, When its legalized it will put all the lowbie dealers out of business. and if you continue to sell it it'll be taxed. So when it is indeed legalized it will be taxed. Yes of course you would possible be able to buy off of friends, But if its taxed then they would indeed have to pay the government. So yes, If they continue selling and ignore the laws such as getting taxed they would still be selling it "illegally"

10 Dollars per gram is a decent price for legal weed. Ten years ago decent Dutch weed cost about 25 guilders for 3 gram. That is about 12 $ for 3 gram (about an eight).
