The last time I checked, youtube might've had a dubbed episode or two up. If not, you could always try Veoh, but the dubbed gets taken down pretty quickly.

I didn't like the dub, the fact that Princess Tutu/Duck has the same voice actor as Wrath from FMA always scared me ._.
