Today un-elected yellow Thai government ordered military to open fire on red shirts. Many people were injured ,killed, but media covered up everything & reported only that some red shirts got just minor injuries from the confrontation. This is an outrageous and blatant lie! Even my friends in HK saw video clips of how the soldiers dragged some elderly women by the hair into a military compound to lock them up. Some clearly shot, badly injured dragged away, but none of this being reported on TV!
from circling point (monumento) to pasay, bicutan, quezon city...asan yan sa taft avenue? LRT sa pasay rotonda! dyan lang yan sa tabi tabi...saan ang susunod na babaan? baclaran lang ako mamimili ng mga kasuotan at kung ano pa.
yeah nycchelseafan i agree everything in usa is bigger, as i pointed out to an american here recently who exclaimed 'hey man in the states we have buildings 10 times the size of that'! to which i responded 'yes you probably do, that's the local lunatic asylum! fartnocker !!
no bangkok does not have more people than nyc.... LOL not even close fartknocker. remember nyc consists of five boroughs. and theres a hella lotta people in those boroughs. having lived in bangkok it would seem to have more people considering such a small compacted area. still to hot and dirty for my liking. but the prices on everything cannot be beat
like this video fell like i am back in bkk.i will be in few month.yes it is big and dirty but it have special felling like no where else.just love the city
I misss thailand :( ... i remember , when i was 13 ( 3 years a go , ) that i was in one of the bus but i was in April in thailand , and im lovin thailand :) ,. but i miss it :( .. i want to living there ..but im 16 :(
wow, how fascinating. I was in Bangkok for too short a stay and wanted to ride the skytrain but did not have time. Thanks to this video I can experience it! Thank you. Bangkok is huge, reminds me of Los Angeles or a scene out of BladeRunner.
lol thats exactly what i felt like when i was on the train at nite. the nite lites reminded me exactly of blade runner. i lived there for six years, im in montana now though. i miss it so damn much!
Dude, bangkok is a hell of a lot bigger than L.A. and probably has 2 or 3 times more people. Thai census' are very inaccurate based on the methods they use to estimate population. BKK officially has like 8.5-9 million or something like that, but the realistic estimates put it at 12-14 million. It's a freakin' monster, and people all over the place. Probably more people than NYC to be honest.
God, how could anyone miss that hole? I certainly don't. I love Thailand, and loved living there for 2 years; but i absolutely dreaded going to bkk, and still do when i visit. It's a nasty smelly hole that keeps growing with more buildings and more people and more mon-la-pit (pollution)
Bangkok is awesome. I lived in Bangkok for a year, and when u get to know the local peoplez who live there, it's awesome. So many places to go, even though it's dirty and chaotic it's so freakin fibrant.

manila has about 14-16 million people. mexico city has about 25 million people. tokyo has more people than bangkok.

According to Wikipedia Bangkok unofficially has about 15 - 20 million people, and I wont be surprised ;).
