  • The best reason to watch those movies is to watch Peter sellers act like a clumsy buffoon

  • Classic!

  • I love the films nearly as much as James Bond!...especially the Peter Seller ones,ABSOLUTE BRILLIANCE in the Comedy film industry history! :)

  • @LethalSpy007 sir i totally agree with you and admire your taste. Genius and Brilliant. Sellers was amazing. What a series. Slapstick at it's best.

  • Genius and brilliant. Poor Cato and poor Dreyfus.

  • hahaha 4:07 XD

  • Download the audio from this video at speedyconversion doht cohm.

  • Loved Steve Martin in "Trains, Planes & Automobiles"

Unfortunately he bit off far more than he can chew with the Pink Panther remakes.

Peter Sellers was a perfectionist and a comic genius and that is why HE IS the one and only Inspector Clouseau!!

I have never understood why film studios need to make remakes of classic films, look at that other disaster "Get Carter"!!

Replacing an acting God (Michael Caine) with that mumbling slab of meat Stallone, should be illegal!!

  • fantastic clip.

  • I love it !!!!

  • Good video, my only complaint is that the speech seems a bit quiet in some parts compared to the music, but other than that nice job.

  • Its a myst to hrrave thris collectiON

  • "its thE føøn....."

  • There is no better guy for comedy than Peter Sellers

    One is inspector Clouseau.

  • where can i watch more panther movies onlline...i dont have money...lol

  • Inspector Closseau always proves to be funnier than pink panther

  • ha ha

i love the pink panther films with peter sellers

he is the funniest man ever, very talanted

rip peter sellers and blake edwards

    such amazing people

    x ;)

  • A classic set of films ;-)

  • hahahaha... great stuff :)

  • Genius plain and simple!

  • Whether he's the bumbling inspector or a Nazi doctor (Dr. Strangelove) Peter Sellers always finds a way to make is laugh

  • We all love Sellars but Herbert Lom is almost as good...especially the laughing gas seen with the tooth pull....

  • @kderdas1 Agreed Herbet and Sellers both made Pink pantther fantastic.

  • @kderdas1 Yeah, he is a great ingredient in these movies... he goes more and more insane as the series goes on.

  • I see they ra-paired your little yellow skin Cato....

  • great video! :) love it!

  • "Thar she blooooows" Makes me die everytime

  • Relax, I'll get it.

  • You did a great job Gregg Taylor, making the pieces of the pink panther movie's!!! I was laughing my ass of!!!! I just love Peter Sellers in the Pink Panther. And the actor Steve Martin he's not that great and never will be as Peter Sellers the real inspector Clouseau....

  • Thats great really great

  • dressed as the pirate and sailor Sellers looks like Gerard Depardieu

  • is it just me or is A Shot in the Dark the funniest out of all of them(though not a true Pink Panther Movie)

  • sellers wasnt THAT much funnier than martin

  • peter sellars? priceless

  • The only Pink panther is Peter Sellers,

There is no way that Martin can match up to him.

  • @71farhan You are so, so right, any remake of anything he has done has been an utter failure !!!

  • @supremeobliterator Martin is not a bad actor but he shoudnt try to copy Sellers style because he cant do it.

  • @71farhan Steve Martin was funny but nowhere near as bumbling as Peter Sellers made Clouseau

  • @71farhan - You are absolutely right. Love Steve Martin but he cant even come close to Peter Sellers portrayal of this character. The only person I know today who might be able to portray this character is maybe Steve Carell.

  • @71farhan Aahhh, yeah; those were the best.

  • @71farhan I Love steve Martin and yes he needs far more practice but the fim makers could have made it far better.. But nobody can replace these incredable funny perfection Pink Panther crew for they were the top guns for making movies ..

Peter sellers and this crew were top man .. Just top. I will miss them.

  • @EwoutGanzevoort And he is suposed to be better just because he is new?

  • @EwoutGanzevoort move on to shit!

  • @EwoutGanzevoort move on shit! it's really sad that an actor like martin who is great in his own films, man with two brains being very funny, thinks he can step into this role. he must have either lost the plot or be desperate for money. both pink panther films he's done have been panned and justly so. i know lets put beyonce in it, people will love that! fuck off!

  • @blakeyonthebuses You can't just say that like you did. You may think Steve Martin is worse than Peter Sellers for this role, I don't. That's just a matter of taste. You can't say one of us is more right than the other.

Alternately, I also dislike the fact that they put Beyoncé in it, she doesn't contribute a lot to the movie.

  • @EwoutGanzevoort I can. He' s right, you're not. Here's why:

Inspector Clouseau is a character who is (in his mind) a master of disguise with an outrageous French accent. Peter Sellers range is much broader than Martin's and Sellers could speak in several different accents, French was one of them. Sellers could play multiple roles with relative ease, Martin can't.

In other words, we have a movie that was made for an actor like Sellers. What's next? Martin in a Dr.Strangelove remake?

  • Hahahahahahahhahaha....I love Peter Sellers he's so funny. Actor Steven Martin thinks that he's the new Pink Panther but we all know that absoluty not true. No actor of Steven Martin can be that good like Peter Sellers!!!! Thank you so much for uploading this video, You did a great job keep it up!!!!!!!!

  • Steve Martin is a huge egomaniac thinking he could even compare to Sellers a REAL master of the screen. FU Steve!!!!!

  • I used to like steve and i thought he's the best but when i saw this ...

  • So few can do slapstick as I usually find it horrible - Peter Sellers was up there as one of those that COULD do slapstick AND make it hilarious! LOVE these films. Sellers was a comedy legend.

  • The best was the "Salty Sea Dog."

  • Certainly one of the best comical movie series ever!

Enjoyed it very very much !!!!

  • n1 compilation 8'-)

  • 2:18 LMFAO!

  • I remember Shirley Mc Claine saying that in the car one day he believed he (Peter Sellars) actually lived many lives as the very personalities he portrayed as an actor.

  • Without equal lol!

  • Sellars was Thee Best ! LOL

  • He said 'bump'.

  • Naughten Birden haha love that always cracks me up!!!!

  • <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

  • What version of the theme song is this?

  • @mypopsjustgo the theme song is from 'Revenge of the Pink Panther'.

  • Seeing this makes me realize that it's time to watch some of Peter Seller's movies again. This man was so funny that it's almost surreal. LMAO.

  • Does your dog bite --no -- I thought you said your dog does not bite-- that is not my dog

  • priceless!

  • Blake Edwards rip at 88 You were a genius when it came to the genius of the Pink Panther films and Sellers as the bumbling mustached karate chopping Clouseau. Brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • very funny LoL

  • 3:10 LMFAO

    R.I.P

  • Thank you Blake for making me laugh so much' Rest in Peace Mr Edwards.

  • No one can top Peter Sellers...Sorry Steve..

  • Thanks for the laughs, Mr. Edwards.

  • 4:10 favorite ever :D

  • R.I.P. Blake Edwards

  • RIP Blake Edwards

  • @annie5866mom Yes. He was as much to do in making these films comedy masterpieces as Sellers. His knack for setting scenes with such serious acting opposite Sellers was genious. Christopher Plummer once remarked he did all he could to not "crack-up" when working with Sellers but Edwards kept it going.

  • @annie5866mom and R.I.P Peter Sellers...

  • lo mas gracioso wn LOL¡¡¡¡ today dies the director of all this films 1601202010

  • lo mas gracioso wn LOL¡¡¡¡

  • As it says - ''to Peter, the one and only Inspector Clouseau''. Oh so right. Steve Martin is a great actor but stinks big time as Clouseau.

  • @TRUMPER007 I will say it again I admire your taste when it comes to Sellers as the bumbling mustached karate chopping Clouseau. Your taste is impeccable.

  • That is not my dog.

  • in 1968, the mirisch corporation made the movie "inspector clouseau", which starred alan arkin as jacques clouseau. arkin was chosen because sellers was involved in something else at the time. about 5 years ago i saw it, and i liked it, yet i still associate clouseau with sellers. i have no idea what i would have thought if i had seen arkin playing clouseau without me already being so familiar with sellers playing clouseau.

  • the 2nd movie starring peter sellers as jacques clouseau was great, yet it's name was "a shot in the dark". its cartoon segment did not feature "the pink panther" cartoon. instead, it featured "the inspector" cartoon. both sets of cartoons became the basis for tv cartoon shows that came later.

  • i don't see how someone could enjoy steve martin as clouseau unless the person was unfamiliar with peter sellers as clouseau. i assume that the martin version was mainly done for viewers unfamiliar with the sellers version. i assume that a lot of people born after the 1970s or 1980s would not be very familiar with sellers.

  • i love sellers as jacques clouseau in the 1st pink panther movie, yet i think he was even funnier in the sequels. in the 1st movie, he didn't act & speak nearly so bizarre. on the other hand, the sequels that were made after sel-'s death were a bit rusty, yet they were good because they continued the story regarding clou-. i don't regard the martin version as a sequel. i didn't see much of it. i think it was more of a re-make. i like mar- in many things, yet he couldn't match sel- as clou-.

  • just the best....feel down , watch this ....so awesome

  • Truely the best ....ths is the real comedy !

  • brilliant editing - superb complilation....

  • Warface at 4:13 would make GySgt Hartmann proud... Peter Sellers was a true genious

  • This was simple and so funny...

  • even after all these years, it still makes me laugh unti it hurts....We miss you Peter Sellrs

  • I like Pink panther's personalitty ,, it's so peaceful and foolish

  • 3:02 - 3:13 was outstandingly funny.

  • Simply put a True Classic....

  • Merci~

  • Quite possibly the funniest man that ever lived... I have a hard time getting through a movie in under 3 hours, I have to stop and wipe my eyes after every 5 minutes.

  • This brings back good old memories...

  • The Ultimate Pink Panther/Peter Sellers Tribute!

  • @JazReviews I could not have said it better. Perfection!!!!

  • Only Sellers was to play this role. Blah@ Steve Martin

  • @MrSportsFanatic1 As always you have fantastic taste, sir. Sellers is Clouseau to the tenth degree and genius. Brilliant. Slapstick at its best. Poor Cato and poor dreyfus.

  • ahahahahahahahaahahaah thank you :)Very good 5*****

  • very nice compilation!!!!!!

  • un toque de elegancia justo depues de pisar a la señora, eso me hizo reir mucho como si fuera inocente, como haciendo gracia del grito de la señora, muy sutil muy gracioso.

  • just 1 clouseau steve martin 200000000000000 miles away frome the one and only

  • LOL! It's John Lennon! 1:45

  • @Coraxuss Sellers looked a lot like Lennon when he had a beard.

  • Do you know what kind of bomb it was?.......... The exploding kind :-D

  • Love him.

  • Excellent

  • RIP Peter Sellers

  • You missed the 60's "The Pink Panther" and "A shot in the dark" both decent Peter Sellers Inspector Clouseau movies? Get them edited in. I prefer Steve Martin's interpretation anyway....... LOL. Oh the horror, the horror..............

  • Sellers was genius as Clouseau and looked very handsome with the thick trimmed mustache. I cannot picture him without it and it gave him authority.

  • HHAHHAHHAB NICAE JDNUIJDAUIJbsndewftrdrt 5

  • That is hysterical... great job on the editing! I always loved The Pink Panther... moronic comedy is my thing....

  • Oh god I do love these films. The new Pink Panthers are complete embarassment to the series. This is definitly one of my top favourite themes of all time. It is so catchy and pretty much tells the entire story of who Peter Sellers's Characters was so supposed to be :D Fantastic.

  • mostly 60ies actually, 1963 to 1969. Last one only in 1976

  • @rasputin1917 : There were only 2 Peter Sellers (Clouseau) comedies; both released in 1964 (they were even shot months apart)... "The Pink Panther" and "A Shot in the Dark." Sellers didn't play the role again until 1975 for "The Return of the Pink Panther," then "The Pink Panther Strikes Again" (1976), and finally "Revenge of the Pink Panther" (1978).

  • great !!!

  • THANK YOU

  • I see you used the "Revenge of the Pink Panther" theme. That (my personal opinion) was the best one Mancici ever did. Great edits, scenes, etc. Bravo my friend.

  • @geisler78 Damn right it was, and thanks for saying what theme it was :D Going to go listen to it now. It's not too fast and it's very relaxing lmao
