@1eyednewt  you should search YT of the cases down in Florida, A Lady down their tried to challenge the Swine Flu Mandatory vacation issue and was told because the law hadn't affected her yet she did not have standing .Meaning Even though she could prove she was allergic to something in the vaccines that would killer (had medical records from the military & how she almost died because of it) meaning if law was enforced she have to take the shot U& then file a legal challenge to it.
