Hermaphrodites 4 xample can share sexual organs from either sex. Can they marry? how does the law determine the sex of hermaphrodites?

Good, but what he needs to add to his segment on how this is a religious issue is that, even if the bible has definitive verses against homosexuality, there ARE other religions out there. And some of them have nothing against homosexuality. So under freedom of religion, they have a right to marry gays, regardless of what Christians believe. And they have the right to have these marriages recognized. Freedom of religion means allowing gay marriage, not banning it.

A civil services does NOT have anything to do with a religious marriage. I was married in Connecticut by a Justice Of The Peace. No Rev., no Rabbi, no Priest, noe any Imam was involved in any way. No one's marriage was harmed.

No one knows I am married except for the City Clerk Of Greenwich Ct and the Justice Of The Peace. The only thing that harms marriage is divorce.

Defining gay marriage restricts religious liberty (In Massachusetts Catholic charities can't adopt out as their doctrine is "discriminatory") and restricts parental rights (In Massachusetts, homosexual fairy tales were taught as equal treatment without parental authority). I want to protect my kids against what I, as a parent, feel is morally wrong. What about my rights? Why take over the definition of marriage? Domestic partnerships give gays ALL of the same rights. Marriage isn't a right.

No one is asking YOU to marry someone of the same-sex. That would be infringing on your rights. But not allowing someone to marry the person they love, merely because you don't like that they are gay? Well, that is blatant discrimination.

We must be clear on the distinction between marriage and domestic partnership. They are very far apart - both legally and morally.
