The main difference between the ripped off versions: instead of floating "islands" its balloons and the music in the rip offs is terrible!

The really ridiculous thing is that with all the time and effort it probably took for them to tweak the graphics, you'd think it would have been easier to just pay for the rights to use the original.

I agree that the people who did this are thieves. But I also think nitrome should port their games to the iDevices, as I would love to see some games like Silly Saucage or Skywire on the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.

I was looking for this game on my iPod Touch today, and I noticed the game (titled crazy cable car) was taken of the app store again. Nitrome, If your reading this, apple has taken the game off the app store again. Apple has done a good thing for all of us.

Im all for nitrome and agree that rip offs suck, but maybe they can avoid them if they actually put games out for the iphone. I love nitrome and i dont really care if it is a rip off or not, if it is one of their games i will get it. the icebreaker app for example

@Zzzzmanuelzzz Actually, Nitromes game, "Worm Food" is just a rip off of lots of games. It does have water, different platforms and levels, but the concept and game play are just the same as lots of games.

There wouldnt be as much Piracy if Nitrome released the games themselves on the iPhone.

I am however aware that it takes alot of time and money to make these games for iPhone, but it seems like a simpler way to deal with them.

Can absolutley understand why you're getting fed up with this - I certainally would! It's not as if they've really changed anything or added in their own programming, they've just rippied it straight off the website. I had the same trouble with a few of my videos not so long ago - I tried talking to the people that did it, but they just ignored me and deleted all my comments. It's SO frustrating, good on you for tackling what is obviously becoming a big issue head-on.

This is sickening. I used to think apple's app approval process was TO long and stringent, but clearly they need to be MORE aggressive and I think this developer should be banned from the app store. This is awful, blatant piracy and another reason china and india should be banned from trading with us until they start respecting out copyright laws.
