I had a problem with my 40 D Canon Camera saying no camera detected on LR3 tether. Starting working when I did the following: In LR 3 >File >Export >Plugin manager >Enable- Canon Tether Plugin >Done Go Back to >File >Tethered Capture >Start Tethered Capture >OK >Plugin And Start Camera Hope that helps I was Pulling my hair out
@wildlite pointless? you can meticulously adjust settings, save settings and keep shooting with those settings. when i say settings, I em not talking about your typical on camera settings like DPP. to name a few settings in LR3 hue, saturation, contrast, spot healing, illumination, gradient , and ext. Theoretically it will save you a BUNCH of post processing time. that is if you shoot in raw.
Thanks Yanick for the post.. I was wondering what you thought about the wireless solution using Wi-fi , in my case with the D300s I'll be using the Eye-fi wireless SD memory card, but you'd probably use the WT-4 mode with the D3 I imagine? wouldn't that be much more convenient than having a USB wire?
Hi Yanik, I tried following your vid on Tethering but when I put my usb cable in my Mackbook and then connect it to my 5dII and try to shoot.....I get the word "Busy" and it won't let me shoot. Any advice? Thank you
Thanks!!

One of the best tutorials on LIghtroom. My image is small. How do I make it larger. Now, it's not much bigger than the LCD on the camera. Thanks.

LIghtroom 3 Tethered is ridiulously slow and pointless.
Using Canon EOS Utility and DPP is almost instant and so much better, just a shame the program is a pig to use.

@KeithMr5000 when it take 30 seconds for the shot to show up, it's useless. I've already taken 10 shots by then.
