Syrens in greek mythology had wings. They looked like ahrps. Big claws, wings, and body of women.

Reminds me of an ancient greece, full of culture and wisdom and early democracy... such a culture... wonderful music, as all Daemonia Nymphe is, wonderfully evocative of the olive trees and shining white churches and ancient temples of Greece. I know it's been touristy, and I've been a tourist there (british) but I hope the tourist industry pays to preserve this fantastic ancient culture.

Whats truly remarkable about this song is not just the tune of music, but the fact that you can imagine yourself anywhere in the world! For me, it was being an eagle on the last frontier for man on land, Alaska! Looking through the eyes of an eagle soaring along the barren terrain, flying above Caribou and moose running through patches of forest. Gliding along the rivers watching the bears chase their fish. To have this play at that moment, its just exhilarating!

OMG! I love this song! It's really beautiful and it totally reminds me of the sea and being underwater. It's also different from what I expected; I thought it would be spookier. Ugh, I guess that's why the Sirens were able to lure those sailors to their deaths.
