I looked up the specs on this camera and it says it streams video,

This ad is lying.
"The video is already stored on another site" *looks at phone and sees video*.
The camera can only send pictures, not video.
Other points:
- PIR has a very short (~3 meters) range
- cannot backup camera settings
- can only have 3 upload events
Other than these intentional shortcomings the camera is good.
