The only times Blizzard GMs are allowed to show themselves is when a group of players achieve a great accomplishment. For instance. The first full BWL clear in classic. The whole, On-Call staff of blizzard GMs appeared to the players for congratulate them. Point is. Its not that rare that when people that are the first few to try something get a GM to appear.

I would say that this is crap because they are all female. Then also GMs rarely show themselves. Then also GMs although do act like a human and be cool around you instead of being a computer, He was a bit layed back about fucking around and wasting time. But, the way he never showed himself as anything epic and only as things you can actually get as a player(theres trinkets that can do all that) makes me believe that this may actually be real. And the smooth exit was pretty cool/realistic foraGM

actually, to put in some personal experience insight on the whole "gm's dont appear" issue, On the european server "The Sha'tar" a gm appeared at a roleplaying event of some magnitude. there were both horde and alliance present , having a good time mostly. The gm appeared, sat in a nice sunbathing chair for abit, then summoned a huge "el pollo grande" giant chicken if you didnt know, and later a dragon (loot less obviously) for the participants to enjoy. they do it for major things i think.

If you PM me i'll give you several screenshots of a GM poking me in shattrath when i had a question for him last year, and you can check my armory to see if the character really exists. I can assure you that it's no crime for a GM to show up in public, what this GM told me was that it was no problem in such a crowded area like shattrath these days..... i think the reason you wont find most of these people on armory is cos menny people have moved off Ravencrest as the server is a hell hole also that guild is no more, im sure most of who is left from that guild is in a guild called Legends In Exile and in TBC they was called Heroes Shed No Tears (thanx for the raid id for my off hand glave btw HSNT :-D ). i was never in any of the guilds but i did play on RC and remember some of the names in this vid.

Gms are not aloud to show themselves thats why they have thousands of programs and commands that makes them Invisible. unable to be aggroed. and such. this is a bad GM. you want to stay away from them. they get fired. you get banned "temp or perm. depends."
