@Greensleeves1984 To put it simple they are just kiding about the fact that he said during a conference or something that everything went well between obama and himself, and then we see on the footage that obama simply ignored him like he was part of the decoration. Obama was even joking with Berlusconi and when you know how bad is his reputation in Europe you can more or less imagine the way he felt. The funniest moment, my fav, is when they show him while alone, looking so lost. hope it helps
