I see what you're saying. It looks as if the front tires are on the ground which is supporting the weight bearing portion of the vehicle (everything under the hood, engine, etc). It also looks like the left rear tire is locked against the divider. The truck is also bent real good on that divider. It looks like it's own weight is stabilizing it.
There may be a stop on the right front tire, but it's hard to tell with the camera angle.

The rear left tire looks locked against the divider, preventing it from moving anymore. Also the the truck has a heavy deviation along its midline which is also anchoring it in place. They probably have a stop on the front tire.
I dont think there's anything else they can that would stabilize it further. But it's hard to tell.
you all just killed yourselfs the truck just skidded off the barriers and crushed u all stabilize your veichles

Should have used sum type of rescue jack or rescue 42s to stabilzed the rear of the car. not enuf stablization on the car

yeah not too sure of how things are done out west, here on the east coast on pretty much any pin job everything is cribbed extensivly.

What are you talking about? Both patients have a C-collar, are backboarded, IVs started, and theyre even splinted. They did a great job.
