OMG I was trying this for like ages (with save states, of course. zsnes 1.51) and it never worked at all.

then I disabled high jump and space jump and it worked right away! I didn't even need to start in the previous room. from the gate was fine.

I know how to get out. Just do some wall jumping (which is quite easy). Also, when fighting the Gold Torizo (Chozo Statue), you can use a Power Bomb and the Space Jump to get the Super Missile early, even during the fight.

how can you open de green button door on the other side?

i tried like i saw in the video but i couldnt

@ASSET2 It's a tricky one.

I'll copy the instructions from Metroid2002:

Samus can open green gates from the wrong side if she is on the right, going left. Simply run, aim diagonally upward, jump and shoot a Super Missile before running into the gate to raise it from the opposite side.

Note: this trick only works on green gates that have the green switch on the left side, not the right.

@kissapoikanen my emulator keeps switch my missiles to beam everytime i pass through the door @ 0:50

cant get the green switch door to open

@3ni2nr sounds like you have automatic Icon Cancel set to on. Select options under your save game and go to special settings mode. You should see it there.

Woah..I just realized that magmoor caverns in metroid prime is a remix of the lower norfair theme. It's the same "vocals" and all but to a different beat.

all you need to do is get pass 0:12 and 0:50. i couldnt get pass 0:12 so i had to get space jump back in maridia. but i managed to get to open the super missile gate after unloading 39/40 super missiles .... WOW. but well worth it. makes golden torizo a lot easier.

If not, then here's how to disable/enable items:

press START to go to the pause screen. Then press L/R (depends on button configuration) to go to the equipment screen. Then go to the item you want to disable/enable and press A.

Actually, there is.

First, activate the both Master Codes. (FA68-4760 and DD6A-C7DF)

Then, activate this code: 4EDF-FA6D

This also gives you Morph Ball, Varia Suit, Spring Ball and Gravity Suit

Actually, you can just ran and jump from the energy refill room through the ceiling to get out. Its not an easy jump to pull off, try positioning yourself about halfway between the door and the edge of the ledge and then running and jumping. I use that instead of IBJ in a NBMB run.

Getting out from that spot is easy. Simply jump back up through the ceilings you bombed using the infinite bomb jump. Then, you can easily navigate back out from there.

like you see in the video, i stand on the enemy face (i can't remember the name...) stand on it, press start, a bit before the screen is completely black, go step forward and jump so you do a spin jump. on the item screen, disable gravity suit. press start to exit menu screen(holding the jump button) now Samus does so called gravity jump. if you can't do it, just continue trying

Cool trick, but how do you activate the green gate glitch on a keyboard?

just run to green gate, jump a little before you hit the gate, and shoot super missile. and remember, press L or R when you shoot. it may take a few tries, but it works
