@esperantomusica Yea! Videos for every camera vary so much from video to video on youtube! I don't know which camera to committ to when there is such mixed reviews.

I want the best camera for video and everyone says there is no AF for video in these DSLR's but then you see great video like this or even better and say WTF! Are they just using high aperture to get everything in focus?

Hi Dan, really liked your video and am interested in your training video. I recently just purchsed the new Sony Nex-vg10 as it is a little more conventional for me for the type of filming i am doing at the moment. I was wondering if i would be able to put your training video to use with my sony or is it meant for canon user's? I am also very very tempted to sell the sony and purchase the new Canon 7d. @guardiansnapper that 50mm 1.2 is a beauty but damn expensive. for people looking for similar results you can get the 50mm 1.4 for around 300-380 euro and the 50mm 1.8 II for around 100! You should achieve similar results as he get in this video for the 50mm shots at least.

Great video. I've been thinking about getting the 7d and have been asking around about what I heard about only being able to shoot 12 minutes of video. Is this true, and if so, is there anyway around that?

@DoorwaysAndMeander The 7d will shoot 4 Gb of video before stopping. That means 12 minutes at 1920 x 1080 or 1280x720 but 24 minutes at 640x480 (I think you can also get longer time at 1280x720 w/ 30 fps vs 60)
