it's a never ending cycle... Comcast sucks, Time warner sucks... the real issue at hand is that regardless who your cable/ ISP is, if the feeder lines are bad, they are bad for comcast, at&t, time warner, or who ever decides to use the existing lines, which are optioned out by your local government. If they don't want to pay for the proper upgrade, well the providers try to deal with it the best they can.

Actually we can replace any line we want. The feeder isnt in bad shape. Hell, We can run 2000 feet of 750 and have a branch kink it the next day. Splice.

The feeder lines are fine? The local govt doesnt pay for any upgrades.. the local companies do. And its budgeted every year.

I love that song, matches my day about right including the dispatch part, they always call my phone. I work DirecTV and they work me to death like 13 to 15 hours per day, always running late because I am WAY over routed. I swear everytime I go to an upgrade I have to overhaul the system due to lousy installers. Some old house I just replace the wires, there is a point were it is faster to replace then to track and fix.
