Now the argument that MJ has over Kobe is that he played during the time when basketball was at its peak.

@AlbaSoldier09 I agree with u on the list, but there are really a lot of arguments made toward each era being better than other... it is clear that end of 90's was bad and 2004 to 2006 was even worse, but as u may notice, Kobe's play was actually better when basketball level of the league was higher, from 2000 to 2004 and then from 2006 till now.

I mean I love Larry Bird although I really don't think he would be an all time great if he played in this era simply because of his physical abilities not being on par with players of this generation.

Also Michael Jordan, Dominique and Shawn Kemp were considered some of the best athletes. Now we have three guys of that level on the same team in Miami-

I like to watch Kobe more than any other player because his moves and ways that he frees himself up don't require a great athlete to be effective, sure you need a lot of body control but really all you need is practice. Everytime Kobe breaks out something new I know everybody on the block is gonna be trying that out. Most of the time you get a successful if less dazzling version of what Kobe did. But damn this guy does it on his first try, so I guess it is talent..
