  • Can you use Lamp Oil (Paraffin) in the stove?

  • @Ebiczebulanious lamp oil, K1 Kerosene and paraffin is normally all the same thing.

  • Normally, the flame is blue. I didn't have any kerosene, so I used fuel oil. I need to reshoot the video using the proper fuel.

  • @stpaulmercantile i see, thanks for the explanation!

  • it looks very nice, but i have to ask, why is it burning with an orange flame, when most of the other versions burn with a roaring blue flame? just not enough pressure?

  • I've never heard of one of these, or any of the other brands of similar design, ever exploding.

  • To extinguish the flame, you simply turn the pressure release screw. That stops the flow of fuel and the flame goes out a few seconds later.

  • Please add a demo of how to extinguish the flame....this would help a lot. Thanks.

  • Just a few questions. If this flash-backs, can this explode? or if not, what happens?

Also, How do you put out this stove?

  • Just arrived - thing works like a charm
