Pac - Tight and was barely starting his real lyrics before he died. Over-rated in my opinion, but the best of the over-rated rappers. Mainly because he was like a more lyrically talented 50 Cent (don't hate the comparison, think about it) 50 makes very good songs that also sell well and his lyrics are good. To me Pac is a well above average lyricist but not one of the best lyrically. He can make the best rap songs though.

And if I were ever a rapper, I'd fear askin Kanye for a beat, just incase he'd ask to jump on the track... he can write dope shit, but when he comes wack, it's wacker than wack (peep guest verse on Talib Kweli's "Hot Thing" for example, lol).

and i respect pac's prospective shit, but all the other shit seems weak to me.
