I got 1 a wall mart for 125 and 1000 wat moter and controler 180 batterys 130 that cheep all brand new. its running 48 volts goes 32 mph and over 40miles per charge.

I think I saw an impressive reduction drive in that recumbent frame, even a NuVinci rear hub! If they use lithium batteries it should be expensive

Yes, even $1600 u cab buy a great e-bike. My busettii Big 50 Mile Electric Bike had it for 3 months and it is great. My friends have other e-bikes but they are way slower and wimpier than my Busettii. I can get up to 60 miles on one charge and the top speed is about 27 MPH. BECAUSE OF THE BIKE paths and right shoulder of the road can go faster than cars across town. I want to try the new Busettii VORTEX mountain bike soon ! drop me a line , Christine
