You don't have a health bar. Pretty much, when you go basically deaf, see everything in monochrome, and have a good amount of blood on your screen, you're close to being dead.

Yeah you have a health bar, if you see on the top of the screen there is a half-circle with red and blue. If your evil then the blue part is your health meter, if your good then the Red part is the health
