it has the cobra wheels, cobra fog lights / front bumper (0:27), it looks like it has a cobra emblem behind the left and front wheels (0:37), and has a badge on the opposite side to the Ford badge, thats where a SVT badge would go not a GT badge (0:39). If it isn't a cobra, it looks exactly like one.

I didnt think it had a cobra bumper, I cant really tell from this video. Just FYI, some people put cobra bodykits/wheels on their sn95 mustangs. Its not uncommon.

You don't know what you're talking about. This is a 94-95 Cobra, the only 94-98 Cobra to get the different rear wing. You can notice it in the video, it also has the 94-95 tail lights, and regular hood with no scoops unlike the 96-98 Cobra. These engines were not hand built, they were production 5.0s with GT40 iron heads, Cobra intake, 65mm TB, Cobra camshaft and 1.7 roller rockers.
