Just saying, but from what I've seen, Aizen is the most powerful captain there is. He took out Mr. Gaint-wolf-dude-whos-name-i-fo­rget in about two seconds without much trouble. And that was only 2/3 of his power. And he wasn't a hollow. Infact he is more powerful than all of the hollows.

Byakuya is the best, by far one of the most powerful and skilled captains in Soul Society. And to Zaraki fans, I'm not saying Zaraki is weak or anything, but he can't defeat Byakuya if they had too fight. There's so much more to a fight than just Reaistu

The most powerful captains are Yamamoto, Shunshui and Ukitake, They are the most experienced and ancient, Then I would risk putting to Byakuya, Zaraki, Hitsugaya and Soi Fong and latest are Komamura and Unohana.

For the present it is what has been demonstrated more or less (If you follow the manga)
