  • mine likes to move on every stage i guess I first got it in pupa and it sure moves alot

  • It is not a good sign if a pupa moves a lot. Mine was being attacked from below and, in fact, it never managed it to the adult stage, unfortunately.

  • why isn`t a good sign???

  • 1 reply as soon you get the message 2 that pupa moves alot too

  • Well, it comes in the books that the pupal stage is a resting one. Is your pupa still in its protective case? Which species, please?

  • its in a plastic case I wish to leave it quite.....

  • Good idea, I now think that I should have done that to mine...

Do leave it quiet, that is, in peace.

You still haven't told me the species.

    Good luck!

  • it moves alot cuase it wqas ready to be borned it borned right now!

  • what kinda spieces mine is a japanese rhino beetle pupa

  • mine's too!!!

  • i have the urge to poke it XD

  • I have never, never touched it...don't dare to! The pupal stage is very, very vulnerable. In the wild the pupa is nicely protected inside a cocoon.
