I finished this song last year but its so much fun and I still play it now. I wish I could post my own videos but my mom said not until I'm at least 13 :(
@operadiva37 Its actually not black, if u look closely, its dark brown. But from afar, it kinda looks black. I believe there's no black model for the YDP-160, but try the CLP models, I know they have ebony finish.
You play great! when i was a kid, I played at the storage in our house is damascus country side and i locked the door and threw it from the window so i found a singing toy that play this song so i hated it since then LOL but it's a great piece :)
I'm very satisfied. It's very portable (weighs less than 100lbs), the keys are graded and they feel like the real acoustic piano and for the price, I thought its great. 10 sounds, which in my own personal taste, enough. The 2 piano sound are great and there are other features that you'll enjoy. I do have a review of this piano. Go check it out.
Well done, but i would play the middle part faster like i did in my video.
And there are some odd accentuations:
After the "hammer part" you play the a minor arpeggios (2:45). My teacher told me to play them fluently. You are jumping with your right hand, i think it would sound better if you play it very legato. And you should consider putting more volume dynamic into the piece, so 1:27-1:35 should be louder and the main theme should be more calm. Same in the hammer part, first loud then calm :)
LOL I know, I intentionally played it slower. I kinda copied Valentina Lititsa's interpretation of the piece. Of course, I could NEVER EVER match her!
I kinda changed it a bit because I wanted it to be my own somehow... OH and you're quick, I just finished the annotation not even 30 minutes ago and u already viewed my video :D Thanks!

Hi Paul, where did you get your model in black? I'm looking everywhere online to purchase this model and I can only get it in dark brown. Thanks!
