@turillo: Usually gliders dont fly in the controlled airspace .. So there is no need to talk to ATC. But even when flying in free airspace, its normal to give out a messange to everybody around u in air, that this plane is now gonna do some aerobatics before starting. Example: "Glider lima golf uniform is now performing aerobatic over xxx location.

Well, the uncontrolled airspace (Class G for example) only reaches up to max.2500ft GND. Even for a glider that's pretty low. Above that height you're flying in controlled airspace ( here usually class E) but that doesn't mean that a clearance from ATC is required. Just avoid Class D and C around larger airports and stay below FL100 and you do never have to talk to a controller ;)
