Oh my gosh! That's really poor customer service! I'm so sorry! But you're really pretty, so you don't need a lot of makeup anyways :) (but the makeup you had on looked really good on you, so don't take that the wrong way..) Anyways, that's a shame, but at least some of the stuff was ok :)
This definitely isn't the first bad experience I've heard of with HauteLook. It looks like the makeup you got was really old or something :( I'm sorry you had a bad experience! I don't think I'll be trying HL anytime soon. & I really like that you said you weren't trying to get money from the link. I wish you would make more videos I love yours! & your hair is to die for! SO pretty :)
@TheStyleBlog Yea the makeup seems defective i was soo sad since they have so many nice brands discounted. Also thanks soo much your soo sweet! iv been buzy with school but more videos are coming asap!(:

@lovepink994 I never ordered their Stilia stuff, and I have stilia items and they seem great in quality. Although my smudge pot seemed to dry up too quickly :-/
Hautelook seemed to do fine sending me my Urban Decay stuff...so that's odd. I'm sorry you had a bad experience and definitely tell them!
