Of course, the bitrate for online downloaded CDs is usually lower, and there is the disadvantage of not being able to rip it in its highest quality to any PC or Ipod. Not to mention CDs have extended compatibility.

There are also usually extras, I suppose.

Maybe I was being a bit over complaintative.
