  • how can i get to planche push ups? :c also i can't balance on handstand without a wall but i wish i could do planche push ups :) so i was asking, do you also need leg muscles to keep you straight or is core and arms enough?

  • pointless

  • Did you forget to include lower back and core exercises?

  • are you Chuck Norris??? :D

  • Damn i wish i saw this stuff b4 i bulked up... this is gonna take a while to learn... ah well, its like a marathon not a sprint is it

  • what muscles do you use to keep your legs up during the first part ?

  • every day training is too often, muscles cant cover enough

  • @Alnis12 But he did so what does that say i know you're correct but it can be done

  • @hoyoman1 of course you can do it, but then u won't have so good progress.

  • @Alnis12 it's better to do these things every day, for about 15 min a day each, for example train handstands for 15 min, train upper body for 15 min you don't have to kill your body, if you do that then every day is way to much.

  • @Alnis12 From my personal experience, although i'm in good shape I find I get better results from doing these exercises every day, but then again I don't kill my body. I got better results than working very hard in the gym and plus it was better for me since I do bjj
