i absolutely love MARS but her painting of rei in this opening made me laugh idk why i think it was the fire surrounding him because in the manga its just alot of different designs not something as simple as flames im going to watch this now after reading MARS four times i'll give this a shot

how come their names are differnt in the comic books?i mean if they were going 2 change the character names 4 the us version why didnt they keep it the same thing as in the show?cause the names they have here like lei&akira arent english names so why bother changing it?

The manga is Japanese so those names are Japanese. This show is Taiwanese (who speak Chinese) so they changed the names.

oh this show is kinda like meteor garden. both vic and barbie play in meteor garden too. in the beginning of mg, the girl hates the guy then he likes her and tries to get her to like him but he hates him evn more, but then eventually shes totally in love with him...and yea.....its a rly addicting show....but its an AMAZIN SHOW!!! I TOTALLY LUV IT!!! i cried so many times while i was watching it.

i just finished watching mars and i am *soo* heartbroken. It's extremely touching. Most dramas take me half a day to get over, and then i find a new one, but i've tried 5 dramas and can't bring myself to watch them. mars just has that effect to me. anybody know any dramas similiar to mars? like physcology, not just corny love?

hm, well I'm Sorry I Love You (with So Ji Sub) was really good. It's pretty depressing, but you really feel for the main character. It's a Korean drama.

there's this really good one with angela zhang, if you have heard of her, it's called bump off lover. it's creepy but it focuses on psychology like mars does

"Love Contract" is a little bit of corny love at first, but it deepens as the story continues. also, "The Rose" also has a sense of dark sadness threading through it's storyline. But Mars is definately one that resonates for a long time, it really draws you in. There is a nice japanese drama I found on mysoju called iguana no musume, that's really good and touching as well. This came on in the US in LA on the local asian channel 18. I loved the manga and I have them... then I was flipping channels one day an stumbled upon it! With english subtitles! Omg this is one of the best shows I've ever seen. One of my favorite stories come to life!!!
