No he is NOT the weakest member if you read the manga you'll know his C4 bomb can make everything living crumble like dust I mean he could totally get rid of hidan in just minutes. So with Konan (paper burns easily), Kisame(water is weak against earth) and so with sasori(1 C3 bomb away from victory) though I'm still not certain on that one.
