@DexDizzy Except for Dodge Power Wagons of the 30's 40's & 50's maybe. They still made them into the 70's BUT for export only as they couldn't meet U.S. crash safety standards They were not they most efficient trucks but they were tough as nails and lasted forever.

I agree with TORLRaven. Dodge has always had the best and most unmistakeable looks. They're definitely the style-leader when it comes to pick-ups. If anything, Ford and Chevy have been trying to copy Dodge's pickup style for the past 15 years.

The last gen did take cues from the 90s ram redesign though..The new Chevy and GMC are kinda bland in my opinion.. not bad looking but kind of "meh...". My original point was that dodge have hands down, the best looking trucks on the road.. hard to argue with that.. but i guess u could argue it's a matter of taste :D

dont fall for the money pit like i did. bought mine new in 02 same color and all and it looked badass too. til I put two rear axles in it 3,000.00. entire brake system3500.00, 9 transmissions,,,two rebuilt the rest replaced at dealership entire brake system- 3500.00 still looks great runs great gets great mileage on ole 4.7. I bought my truck because it looked cool. Do not do that, do your research for reliability---not in a dodge truck, my 200k tacoma walks all over it. not in comfort

Dodge took many ideas from Nissan Titan,New Toyota Tundra, ford. The new ram has the back look from the Nissan Titan and from the side it looks like the new Tundra 08. What i have notice since 1998 all these makers who make cars copy each other. The first pick up who started making big grill Dodge, 2nd bigger trucks toyota & Nissan then came the rest ford,chevy & dodge.
