Hahahaha, I had this on a weird plug'n'play multi-cart game thingy. I could never figure out how to control it, then it just gave up halfway through and died on me.

Funny thing is, when you press second cotroller's A button twice, second player appears and game starts to behave insane :D What's more, press A and then using left/right you can switch through characters to choose... not all can be controlled though.

That jumping sound is from NESSMW, the Yoshi sound effect.

Also, considering the sound engine, then I'd say this is Hummer Team's doing.
